Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Baldwin Park Sunrooms & Patios website and any request you send us through it. When you use the site, call us or ask for an estimate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
"We," "us" and "our" mean Baldwin Park Sunrooms & Patios. "You" means the person using the site or asking about work on their property.
What we do
We're a sunroom contractor in Baldwin Park, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in Baldwin Park and nearby cities. You can read more about us on our about page or start from the home page.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about our trade. They aren't an offer to do a particular job at a particular price. The work we do at your house is set by the written estimate and contract you sign with us.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and done in person, because the size of the room, the condition of your existing slab or deck, the materials you pick and what we find on site all change the price. An estimate carries no obligation.
An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit. If we open up the work and find something that wasn't visible, such as damaged framing or a base that won't carry the new room, we'll tell you what we found and what it would cost before we do any added work. Changes you ask for after signing are handled the same way, in writing, before we do them.
Any price on this site or given over the phone is general information only. Your price is the one in your signed contract.
Scheduling and cancellation
We schedule work once your contract is signed. Start and finish dates are our best estimate, so weather, material deliveries, inspections and conditions found on site can move them. We'll keep you posted when something shifts.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an estimate visit, just let us know as early as you can. Cancelling a signed job follows the cancellation terms in your contract and any cancellation rights California law gives you. If we've already ordered custom materials or done work, the contract explains what you owe for them.
Payment
Your contract lists the total price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Payments are due on the dates or project stages the contract names.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up, and you may owe the costs of collecting it where the contract and the law allow.
Warranties and disclaimers
Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your contract. Windows, panels, roofing and other products we install carry their makers' own warranties, and those makers decide what they cover.
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors, and we don't promise the site will always be available.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Baldwin Park Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information.
Our responsibility for work at your house is set by your contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law doesn't let a business take away.
Settling a disagreement
If something isn't right, call us at (626) 869-2042 or reach us through our contact page first, because most problems get sorted out faster with a conversation and a site visit.
If we can't settle it that way, the dispute will be handled as your contract says. Where the contract doesn't say, it goes to the courts in Los Angeles County, California.
Governing law
These terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. A change to these terms doesn't change a contract you've already signed with us.
If you have a question about these terms, please get in touch through our contact page.
